There is no power for change greater than a community discovering what it cares about.

Partnerships
We believe meaningful work happens through strong relationships.
River Valley Therapy Co. was built with the understanding that no single practice, profession, or system holds all the answers. Mental health is shaped by education, healthcare, community organizations, families, workplaces, and culture itself. Partnerships allow us to meet people where they already are and expand access to care in thoughtful, ethical ways.
How We Partner
We collaborate with individuals and organizations who share a commitment to care, integrity, and community wellbeing. This includes schools, nonprofits, healthcare providers, community groups, businesses, and other mental health professionals.
Partnerships may take many forms. Clinical collaboration and referrals. Consultation and training. Program development. Community-based initiatives. Creative projects that bring mental health into everyday spaces. For clinicians, this may include independent practice within a shared professional environment, consultation, or collaborative care when appropriate.
We are intentional about staying within the scope of practice, respecting professional boundaries, and ensuring all partnerships align with our values and ethical standards.
What We Value in Collaboration
We value partnerships that are grounded in mutual respect, transparency, and shared purpose. We prioritize work that is inclusive, identity-affirming, and responsive to the cultural, relational, and social contexts shaping people’s lives. We are especially interested in collaborations that increase access, reduce barriers, and support sustainable, long-term care.
Let’s Connect
If you are interested in exploring a partnership or professional collaboration, we welcome the conversation.
