Co-Founder, Therapist

In my practice, I embrace the core values and principles outlined by the National Association of Social Workers. Grounded in these values, my approach to therapy integrates the NASW's pillars of social work: service, social justice, dignity and worth of the person, importance of human relationships, integrity, and competence. I believe in the inherent worth and dignity of every individual and strive to create a safe and inclusive space where clients feel valued and respected. Through compassionate service and advocacy, I am committed to promoting social justice and empowering marginalized populations. Central to my work is the cultivation of meaningful human relationships, as I believe in the transformative power of genuine connection and support. With integrity and cultural competence, I aim to uphold the highest ethical standards and ensure my clients receive the best possible care. By incorporating these principles into my practice, I am dedicated to fostering positive change and facilitating the journey toward healing and empowerment.

Intern

I am a graduate student at Arkansas State University, completing my advanced-year clinical internship through River Valley Community Outreach and Fort Smith Therapy, providing therapeutic services under the clinical supervision of an LCSW.

I believe people make sense in context. In the therapy room, I aim to help people feel safer, notice what shows up, and move toward what matters, even when things are hard. I believe we live more connected, whole, and meaningful lives when we have room to respond rather than react. I approach this work as a learner, focused less on having answers and more on helping clients make sense of their experience in their own way.

In my work with children, I draw from play-based, developmentally responsive approaches that honor neurodiversity and emphasize safety, regulation, and relationship.
